I have three kids, two are studying largely the same subjects with different expectations for comprehension and remembering for each kid. The third is on a separate track, just the way it hashed out with her coming into school.
I'm not noting ages or grades because interest and ability in home school is going to vary widely.
All Kids:
Typing
Programming (very different levels of involvement, from mere observation of me to fairly independent study)
Math -- each kid on her own level, but read together text-based math work
Music -- survey of music, first Western chronologically then world; individual songs
Language -- each kid picked own language and will do literature based on that country
Chinese: strokes and symbols only, familiarity
Irish Gaelic: uncial writing, sounds, basic conversational
Russian: alphabet and basic grammar and reading
Literature: based on history time period and countries chosen, read aloud
Art -- small amount of instruction, lots of copy work, observing artists, later world handcraft art projects
EMT -- various medical skill work adapted for kid -- e.g. CPR class
Bible
Geography -- map drawing, tracing for Kid 3
Narration -- copy and correct from narration; Kid 3 copy from written page, smaller amount
Kid 1 and 2:
Journal -- usually free writing, but all open to my reading (personal diaries they can and sometimes do keep separately)
History -- world, 1860 to present
Independent reports -- more and more thorough expected from older
Science -- physics
Individual literature -- based on country chosen
