Instead of Math Mammoth, exercise from Murderous Maths -- cut out any triangle, tear off the points, and lay them together to see the angles on a triangle all add up to a straight line

9/25/13 Zoo pics

Zoo -- if you get a yearly pass, you can stop by for a few hours several times instead of having to "make a day of it" and getting tired and cranky -- you can also reinforce earlier visits and go during the weekday when the crowds are at work and school, a real luxury.

Surprise orthodontic visit in town, so that's 3 1/2 hours out of the day.

Used the drive to go to the zoo with our pass, one of the perks of home schooling is going to zoos and museums during the school week when it's not crowded.

Home, Math (Murderous Maths and Fred), Bible (Proverbs), Play Piano in a Flash for Kids

Listened to the medieval music CD up and down to town
